Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

MISSION FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WORLDWIDE offers live streaming of our perpetual adoration chapel.

What is Perpetual Adoration?

Perpetual Adoration is the adoration of Jesus Christ present in the Holy Eucharist day and night, every day of the year.

Day and night Jesus dwells in the Blessed Sacrament because you are the most important person in the world to Him!

"Inside the Holy Host is Christ the Redeemer of the World." (Mysterium Fidei, Paul VI)

To have Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, we need to make sure every hour is covered with at least two adorers per every hour. Therefore, it is of most importance for each person to commit to a specific day and hour, once a week.

God loves and respects us so much that He is incapable of entering into our hearts without our permission. However, He will not get tired of knocking on our door; the door of our hearts. He will call on us all our lives, hopping that one day we will listen to His call and will open up to Him. Today He is calling at our door once again. He is inviting us to spend an hour with Him, one simple hour of the 168 that He has given us every week.

“Look! I am standing at the door and knocking. If someone listens to my voice and opens the door, I will come in, eat with him, and he will eat with Me.”(Rev 3:20)

How perpetual Adoration Becomes a Reality?

Perpetual Adoration is only possible by you saying Yes! All you have to do is commit to one specific day and hour every week. It is a commitment that you are making directly with Jesus and for that reason; you must be faithful to this commitment. to Him.

If you decide to joyfully say Yes! Those responsible of Perpetual Adoration will give you all the means necessary to help you fulfill your commitment.

Before you commit yourself to a specific day and hour, perhaps you should go and visit the Blessed Sacrament at the chapel. Go and visit Jesus! Think about a day and a time that would better suit you to spend time with Him, and ask the Holy Spirit to guide you, so you can truly enjoy your time with Jesus without worrying about something else.

Imagine spending an hour with Jesus! One hour with the King of Kings. Don’t you think it is the best gift you can give yourself every week?

Remember that HE is there waiting for you with His arms open ready to embrace you, to listen to you, to console you to speak to you, and to be your best friend, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.

You can also go and visit Him to thank Him, to praise Him, to glorify Him, to intercede for the sick, to ask for peace in the world or simply you can enjoy being in His Company.

Go visit Him!

"Let us be generous with our time in going to meet Jesus and be ready to make reparation for the great evils of the world. Let your adoration never cease."
(Dominicai Cenae, John Paul II)

“The act of adoration outside Mass prolongs and intensifies all that takes place during the liturgical celebration itself. Indeed, only in adoration can a profound and genuine reception mature. And it is precisely this personal encounter with the Lord that then strengthens the social mission contained in the Eucharist, which seeks to break down not only the walls that separate the Lord and ourselves, but also and especially the walls that separate us from one another."
(Sacramentum Caritatis, Benedict XVI)

“Just as you can’t be exposed to the sun without receiving its rays, neither can you come to Jesus exposed in the Blessed Sacrament without receiving the Divine Rays of His Grace, His Love, His Peace. Christ is truly the Emmanuel, that is, God with us, day and night, He is in our midst. He dwells with us full of grace and truth. He restores morality, nourishes virtue, consoles the afflicted, and strengthens the weak."
(Mysterium Fidei, Paul VI)

And don’t forget that He is really there! "I am the Living Bread that came down from Heaven." (Jn 6:51)
